Giveaway Terms and Conditions

GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 1. The Giveaway is open to worldwide to aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. Canada and any other country where the Giveaway would be void or illegal are excluded.

2. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter, Instagram or any other third parties and that these brands have no liability for any element of this competition. By submitting your information and creating an account on Instagram or Facebook, you agree to Instagram’s or Facebook’s (as applicable) Platforms terms of use and privacy notice.  

3. No purchase necessary. To enter, you must

• Enter the giveaway via https://www.cocoandeve.com/pages/giveaway
• Add in your Instagram account handle
• Add in your email and/or phone number

By entering the Giveaway you will be subscribed to receive our marketing email or SMS (as applicable)s, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link on any marketing emails you receive or by opting out of SMS.

4. All entries must be submitted by 09:00 Singapore Time (SGT) on 20 September 2024. One entry per email address and/or phone number. Entries received after 09:00 SGT on the 20 September 2024 will not be valid.

5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, network or server failure of any kind.

6. The Promoter will not accept entries that are:

(a)   automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications);

(b)   completed by third parties or in bulk;

(c)   illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;

(d)   photocopies and not originals; or

(e)   incomplete.

7. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computerised Random Generator by Coco & Eve.

8. The winner will receive the following prizes worth a total value of US$339 : The entire Boost Therapy Hair Range featuring the Hair Volumising Shampoo, Hair Volumising Conditioner & Tripeptide Hair Density Serum, and the Breo 3S Easy Scalp Massage Comb.

9. The winner will be announced by 27 September 2024 (using details provided when you entered the Giveaway). If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within [seven (7)] days of being notified twice by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

10. The prizes will be sent to the winner by post within thirty (30) days of being notified of their win.

11. The prizes for the winner are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.

13.The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Giveaway is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

14. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Giveaway where it becomes necessary to do so.

16. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

17. Personal data supplied during the course of this Giveaway will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

18. These terms and conditions and this Giveaway are governed by English law. If any entrants to this Prize Giveaway wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
